Our Mission
The primary purpose of the Seeds of Hope Sponsorship Program—a joint ministry of Family of Christ Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Church of El Salvador—is to increase the access of Salvadoran children and youth to education as a means of equipping them for a brighter future, able to serve their families and communities.
The Program also provides for the development of on-going relationships between sponsored students and sponsor families in the United States.
We thank God for the partnerships this ministry has made possible, and we trust that the Holy Spirit is at work in every student, sponsor, and leader to bring a great harvest from the seeds that are planted.

Scholarship Drive Starts
The next scholarship fund drive has started and we are excited to continue this extremely important educational support ministry. After having visited the students this past summer we can tell you that they are very thankful for all the support sponsors have generously provided. We can see during our visits that the impact sponsorships are making is real, important, and being received with overwhelming gratitude.
If you are currently a sponsor you should have received your renewal information in the mail. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor please contact us soon. We plan to have all sponsorships funds collected by Nov. 1st.
